How did we create a blog that audiences want to read?
Uptrend.pl store case study
The Uptrend brand blog is a space that not only attracts readers’ attention but also builds customer engagement. Through data analysis, an understanding of audience needs and a strategic approach, we have built a blog that readers visit willingly and rate highly. Want to know how we achieved this success?

Defining the target group
The first step towards creating an engaging blog was to define the target group precisely.
Understanding who the potential customers of uptrend.pl are, as well as their needs, interests and problems, allowed us to tailor the content precisely to the expectations of future blog readers and online store customers.
We analysed demographic data, shopping preferences and user behaviour, and created personas that became the foundation of our content. This enabled us to produce posts that not only answer our audience’s questions but also inspire them to take action.
Wondering who or what the aforementioned persona actually is? We asked our experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Marta!
In marketing strategy, a “persona” is a detailed description of a fictional character – the ideal customer/user of a product or service.
The purpose of developing a persona is to gain a better understanding of the needs, motivations, behaviours and preferences of the target audience. A persona enables the creation of more effective and personalised marketing messages and makes it easier to plan the activities that will be most effective. It helps us anticipate consumer behaviour, such as how customers make purchasing decisions, what they pay attention to and how they prefer to receive information (email, social media or direct contact).

The article Interior Design Trends 2024 – What Will Be Fashionable in Bathrooms? generated the most traffic, confirming that we defined the persona correctly and addressed our readers’ core interests. The post achieved 676 clicks in just 90 days
Why authenticity matters
We believe authenticity is essential to building relationships with audiences.
Users increasingly look for content that is not only informative but also inspiring and engaging. That is why our blog focuses on unique and original content that stands out from the competition.
Wondering where to find ideas for posts? We use several techniques in our work!
Customer needs come first
Our priority is the needs and recommendations of the client, who knows their brand inside out. Regular meetings between the company’s representatives and Evostudio specialists allow us to build a publication plan aligned with the client’s vision.
Suggestions from the SEO team
Ongoing cooperation with the SEO team allows us to create a plan for blog publications that potential customers actively search for. The publications are also effective from an SEO perspective, enabling us to achieve truly excellent results in search engines!
Fashion inspiration
Industry news, fashion, inspiring photos and articles provide a solid source of ideas for blog posts. When inspiration is lacking, we recommend checking Pinterest, for example!
Competitor research
When choosing a topic, it is worth checking what others are writing about. This research helps identify subjects that should be expanded, revisited or simply covered better 😉
Artificial intelligence support
When ideas are lacking, it is worth using the capabilities of artificial intelligence. ChatGPT can suggest many interesting topics that can then be individually adapted to the brand’s communication style.

This raises the question: does authenticity really matter that much when it comes to a blog’s success?
What is more important – using the right number of keywords in a post or creating an article that inspires readers and genuinely answers potential customers’ questions? Let’s see what our experienced SEO specialist, Piotr, thinks.
SEO content creation tools are extremely helpful, but in my opinion they will not replace people for a long time yet.
Writing involves incorporating new trends, fashions and nuances, while tools rely on statistics and an analysis of what has already been written. Creating content for clients means finding the right balance, where:
- user intent is addressed (providing information),
- the content is inspiring,
- language standards are maintained,
- the optimal number of keywords is included without “spoiling” the content or discouraging the user
By following this framework and using supporting tools, we can be confident that Google will reward such articles with high rankings and that users will respond positively to them.

This is precisely why it is important to create original content instead of copying and repeating what others write. It takes more time, but it gives you confidence that your blog readers – potential customers – will appreciate it and decide to use your offer.
How should content be organised for clarity?
A clear and logical structure is key to a blog’s success.
Organising content in a way that makes navigation and finding relevant information easier is extremely important.

It is important for the person creating the content to understand the key terminology in the industry, as the posts must be factually accurate.
Writing a blog for the Uptrend brand involves not only learning about the store’s offer but also expanding my knowledge of bathroom architecture and interior design. Personally, I love drawing inspiration from interior design trends available online. I am glad that I can inspire others too!

How we make it easier for audiences to find our blog
Google search visibility is a key element that allows our content to reach a broad audience.
From the very beginning of the blog, we focused on SEO optimisation, which produced excellent results. Want to know what they were?
In the first year alone, as many as 5 of our articles reached the number-one position in Google search results.

Every article on the Uptrend blog is carefully optimised for key phrases, meta descriptions and internal linking.
As a result, links to the blog regularly appear on the first page of search results.
Using tools such as ChatGPT, Answerthepublic.com and Contadu allowed us to create content more efficiently while maintaining its high quality and authenticity. These tools help us determine more precisely what content customers are looking for and which questions or phrases they enter into the search engine

Thanks to the article Pros and Cons of a Black Washbasin in the Bathroom, the website recorded an almost 20-percent increase in website traffic, indicating increased interest in the Uptrend store’s offer.
What do people like to look at?
The visual side of the blog
The final, but equally important, element of our blog is its visual side.
High-quality graphics, photographs and visualisations aligned with the Uptrend brand’s visual identity play a key role in attracting readers’ attention. The aesthetic visual presentation makes our blog content not only appealing but also more engaging.
Did you know that…
Uptrend blog posts use both product visualisations and graphics generated by artificial intelligence?
An analysis of Google Search Console data reveals several interesting trends in traffic to the Uptrend website:

The most noticeable increase in traffic was recorded for the page about a toilet with a built-in bidet, where the number of users rose by an impressive 1072.73%. This indicates growing interest in the product, potentially driven by its increasing popularity in the context of comfort and modern bathroom solutions.

02
Steady growth in product categories
Pages such as the black toilet, gold countertop washbasins and washbasin comparisons (countertop vs. inset) recorded significant increases in traffic, suggesting that users actively search for detailed information about specific products and interior design trends.

03
Guides and advice
The post 3 Ideas for an Original Bathroom According to Our Expert also increased interest in the entire Uptrend offer. Estimated traffic to the Uptrend website reached almost 45%. This result means only one thing – practical advice and inspiration are important elements in attracting users.

Building and continuously improving the Uptrend blog gives us – the Evostudio team of specialists – an opportunity for ongoing development and for expanding our knowledge of optimisation and content creation.
The results speak for themselves!
