For years, the company ran a traditional online store which — despite the wholesale nature of the business — was also accessible to B2C customers.

The project began with an analysis of the existing sales model and a marketing audit. The main challenge was to separate wholesale sales from the B2C channel and create a coherent marketing and sales concept for the professional market.
Based on this, we designed and implemented a new B2B sales platform dedicated to the beauty industry, tailored to the needs of a cosmetics and perfume wholesaler.
